We are all experienced in looking after the needs of foreign investors and high net worth individuals and their families.

KU SWEe YONG
Previously, Swee was a Director in the Real Estate Centre of Expertise at Société Générale Private Banking, responsible for advising clients on real estate investments. Before that, Swee was Director of Marketing and Business Development at Savills Singapore and was widely quoted for his views on the Singapore property market. He also led a team serving high net worth individuals and private banks and was also tasked the growth of corporate business and cross border investments.
He has held positions as General Manager at the Far East Organization in Indonesia and a Director heading up Singapore Tourism Board’s Jakarta office, helping drive up tourist traffic to Singapore from over 20 Indonesian cities. Swee’s career has revolved around the sales and market development for corporations such as Singapore Airlines, HSBC Securities and Shell Chemicals.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from University of Hull, UK, and completed his BSc in the Imperial College, University of London, UK and the Institut Louis Pasteur, Université de Strasbourg, France.
